Among them is James L. Sisneros, Founder/CEO, The Possibility Company who will be speaking on ‘Blockchain for Opportunities: Social and Financial Inclusion for Nigerian Youths’.

James is a passionate entrepreneur and a member of 5 startups, with 12 years of Executive search experience.

He is known for his deep understanding of the regulatory landscape of the payment industry. He built the popular Quickteller Business and introduced two well-known business models – the Acquirer-as-a-service and the Terminal-as-a-service.

He has a track record of building practical digital business tools integrated with digital payment solutions that facilitate micro and enterprise-type transactions, enabling investments for fintech start-ups to support industry growth. He is an alumnus of Lagos and Columbia Business Schools, trained in Melian Heiman and Value Selling Methodology.

Mr Basil Udotai is joining us at #DigitalNigeria2022 to speak on “Driving Digita Growth and Unlocking Innovation Through Regulations for a Sustainable Digital Economy”.

Udotai is the Managing Partner, Technology Advisors of LLP, a leading technology law firm.

As Director of Cybersecurity (DfC) at the Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), and Coordinator of the Nigerian Cybercrime Working Group (NCWG), Mr. Udotai’s pioneering work resulted in the legal and institutional frameworks established for cybercrime and cybersecurity in the country.

Basil was privileged to serve in various capacities across the public sector and played significant roles in the legal and regulatory reforms that liberalized the IT, Telecoms and Broadcasting sectors in Nigeria.

Commonly referred to as Nigeria’s Father of Technology Law, Basil currently works with local and international clients to position businesses to succeed in the digital economy.

He obtained his law degrees, LL.B and LL.M from the University of Lagos, Akoka as well as LL.M in EU Trade Law & Policy, and Anti-trust Law from the University of Brussels (Vrije Universiteit Brussels), Belgium and the University of Georgia, USA, respectively.
