The Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) is set to hold a public inquiries on the Draft Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulations, SIM Replacement Guidelines and Spectrum Trading Guidelines.
The exercise which is in its functions under the NCC Act 2003 (the Act) currently has a published draft regulatory instruments on its website www.ncc.gov.ng for stakeholders’ comments.
According to the notice from the Commission inviting submissions from key stakeholders, the public hearing would hold as follows: Registration of Telephone Subscribers Regulation, Tuesday, October 5;SIM Replacement Guidelines Tuesday, October 5; and Spectrum Trading Guidelines Tuesday, October 5.
The NCC said that the hearing would hold virtually at 11.00am on the dates stated urging interested stakeholders to make written submissions on the subject and participate in the Public Inquiries.
It added that details of the virtual meeting will be forwarded to interested attendees prior to the Public Inquiries.
