By The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is enhancing her analytical capacity to better protect telecommunications consumers by leveraging data for proactive decision-making.
According to the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Dr Aminu Maida, the Commission is leveraging on its recent partnership with Innovations for Poverty Action to establish an Embedded Consumer Lab to analyze consumer complaint trends, anticipate emerging issues, and inform policy decisions.
“By harnessing data effectively, we aim to strengthen consumer protection frameworks, improve complaint resolution, and drive evidence-based regulatory initiatives for a better consumer experience”, he said.
