Before attempting to download be sure there is enough space in your mobile device, and be sure you have a good internet connection to avoid getting download error. The error will keep coming until you sought out the space issue.
You need to also know how unique this app is, the app lets you organize your files, clean up your memory, and back up your files. The app comes with a user-friendly interface and is a simple and convenient tool to help manage your files and content.
But I don’t know why Western Digital Corporation is not clear on what version of android or iphone device that the dual device cannot work with. I think that will save one the stress of putting money on what one may have difficulty using. However, it is common with most device, you need to be updating to the latest version, and try to uninstall & re-install this application, when you see some issues.
Besides, all that one thing you will enjoy is the easy at which one can offload or back up content to his compatible SanDisk Dual Drive, SanDisk Solid State Drive, or microSD card using the app.
