He said, “The same way you buy a machine is the same way you should buy a system. For the Odoo, it’s end to end. That means from all the way from purchase of materials to sales to accounting to marketing to CRM, everything is inside the one system.”
According to him, with the Growth Stack ERP solution, you don’t need have different systems for different purposes stressing, “It’s very expensive. And right now, if you have a different system you’re using for accounting, inventory, manufacturing, you are manual.”
James stated that when a company is running a business manually, when the time comes to make report, the report will be manual noting that with “the ERP system, it’s so easy to onboard. The price is there online for the license.”
He added: “For those that want to go with the license one, you can actually get the price of implementation. Compared to other ERP systems, you may not be able to know the running cost once you start the implementation. It’s just expansions or more modules.”
He revealed that Growth Stack started as a software company and has do a lot of projects saying that “We started out about nine years ago, not as Odoo partners, and we didn’t implement Odoo. So, we joined Odoo partnership about three years ago.”
Speaking about support services within the Growth Stack company business, he said, “We, have advanced support. Initially, when we started, this was a big, big problem. We didn’t know that we’re going to have people coming with questions. We didn’t know that our clients are going to have to change their employees. Those that were trained, they’re no longer in the company. They brought in new people.”
He also said that Growth Stack no have a dedicated department, well-trained, to provide support stating, “As a matter of fact, we are not waiting for people to call us for support. They actually reach out to the user. And they’re not just calling the CEO and find out if everything’s fine. We are calling the users themselves to find out if the system is working. All right.”
While taking time to advice to other partners, and people who want to become partners, he said that “yes, we need partners in Odoo because a lot of companies are coming to Odoo right now. And we’ve been supporting some upcoming partners.
“As a matter of fact, we have some staff from our team who are also branching out to become a partner. We coach them as well. So, if you’re a tech company, this is the time to actually join Odoo.”
